The administration of justice in Canada with some scenarios for the future / by Jacqueline Blanchard and R. Gordon Cassidy.: JS3-1/1975-3E-PDF
"In attempting to develop alternative futures for the administration of justice in Canada several approaches might be used from a case historical study to simple extrapolation of expenditures. We have attempted in this paper to use both, relying more heavily on quantitative information, where available on expenditures, manpower; and facilities in the administration of justice. Information on these types of resources from 1880-1972 is examined and is then used as a basis for examining alternative scenarios for the next decade in the administration of justice, particularly at the federal level, in Canada"--Abstract.
