"Health Canada, pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Pest Control Products Act, is granting registration for the sale and use of Captiva Prime Technical Insecticide, and Captiva Prime, containing the active ingredients canola oil, garlic oil, capsaicin, and related capsaicinoids, for suppression of twospotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) and thirps on terrestrial food crops, greenhouse food crops, greenhouse non-food crops, and outdoor ornamentals"--Statement, page 1.
