Chapter 3 explains how offshore drilling in the Canadian Arctic is regulated. Chapter 4 discusses what was learned from past offshore drilling incidents and then looks at how to drill safely while protecting the environment in Chapter 5. Chapter 6 examines how to respond when things go wrong. Finally, Chapter 7 describes how the journey will continue.
