The National Energy Board (NEB) recommends that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) should be issued for the Chinchaga Section of the Northwest Mainline Komie North Extension (Project). The Board recommends that a Certificate should not be issued for the Komie North Section. The NEB Report sets out the reasons for this recommendation.
