Presents a summary of the Agency’s analysis of whether the Project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. The conclusions of this report are based on the review of Nalcor’s environmental impact statement (EIS) and associated documents, an assessment of the Project’s environmental effects and on consideration of public and Aboriginal comments in relation to the Project.
