"Under the authority of the Pest Control Products Act, Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has concluded that the addition of new uses on stone fruits (Crop Group 12-09) and caneberries (Crop Group 13-07A) to the product label of Sivanto™ Prime Insecticide, containing technical grade flupyradifurone, is acceptable. The specific uses approved in Canada are detailed on the label of Sivanto™ Prime Insecticide, Pest Control Products Act Registration Number 31452. The evaluation of this flupyradifurone application indicated that the end-use product has value and the human health and environmental risks associated with the new uses are acceptable"--p. 1.
