"On 29 June 2016, at 0942 Atlantic Daylight Time, the passenger vessel Summer Bay, with 39 people on board, crossed the bow of the passenger vessel Grandeur of the Seas, with about 2770 people on board, in Halifax Harbour, Nova Scotia. The smaller vessel passed within 25 m of the Grandeur of the Seas in thick fog and did not make contact"--Summary.
