"This evaluation was conducted in response to the Treasury Board Secretariat's (TBS) requirement for an evaluation of the Correctional Service Canada's (CSC) National Victim Services Program (NVSP) during the third year (2009-2010) of implementation of the program. It addressed the continued relevancy, success and cost-effectiveness of the program in the context of its implementation and in advance of a potential request for augmentation of resources"--Executive summary, page 1.
