These ideologies harm people of all genders, contribute to violence against women and gender-diverse people, and shape public discourse in a way that undermines progress towards gender equality. In response to these concerns, the House of Commons Standing Committee on the Status of Women (the committee) undertook a study on antifeminism and its impacts on young Canadians' development and mental health.
