This second annual report reports on work done during 2002. The report also discusses plans for the next three years. Appendices list the funding allocated to each department and agency for the initiative, as well as the services that will be on-line by 2005. The initiative aims to put the most commonly used federal services on-line to make government more accessible, to make on-line service better and more responsive, and to build trust and confidence in transacting on-line.
