This report gives the mineralogical, geological and chemical characteristics of HV-1, as well as some details of methods used for its comminution and blending, and for assessing its homogeneity. Twenty-three laboratories provided analyses for copper and molybdenum; the recommended mean values for these are: 0.52% and 0.058%, respectively.
