"As a result of the Task Force review, Environment Canada has no significant environmental concerns to raise regarding the Keenleyside Powerplant and Keenleyside-Murphy Creek Transmission Projects. ... Because the planned Keenleside-Murphy hydroelectric projects are likely to result in changes in total dissolved gas concentrations and in their downstream distribution in the lower reaches of the Columbia River, it is recommended that a detailed study of gas supersaturation be carried out. The study area should include the Columbia River between the Hugh Keenleyside Dam and the International Bounday"--p. [20].
