L'ARLA publie un document pour annoncer sa décision finale concernant une demande d'homologation d'une nouvelle matière active, une nouvelle utilisation majeure d'une matière active déjà homologuée ou un examen spécial. Généralement, la publication du document de décision fait suite à la publication d'un projet de décision réglementaire (série PRDD). Le document de décision résume les commentaires reçus pendant la période de consultation et explique comment ceux-ci ont influé sur la décision finale.
