En droit canadien, le ministre de la Justice a le pouvoir d’examiner une condamnation criminelle afin de déterminer si une erreur judiciaire a été commise. Ce rapport résume l’historique de ce pouvoir de révision et décrit le rôle du ministère de la Justice au regard de cette révision et le fonctionnement du processus de révision des condamnations criminelles. Il présente des statistiques, examine différentes questions d’actualité et décrit les faits nouveaux qui devraient survenir au cours du prochain exercice.
