Annual report to Parliament / Public Service Integrity Officer.: PG1E-PDF

Provides an account of the Office’s mandate. It also evaluates the effectiveness of the Office and of the policy that established it—Treasury Board’s Policy on the Internal Disclosure of Information Concerning Wrongdoing in the Workplace. Also makes several recommendations. The Office was created as an alternative to internal departmental mechanisms for the report, review, and investigation of wrongdoing.
