A report on the activities of the Hazardous Materials Information Review Commission during the fiscal year. The Commission is a quasi-judicial agency with a mandate to make decisions on the compliance of material safety data sheets with federal, provincial, and territorial legislation. The Commission also issues decisions on the validity of trade secret claims.
