Code of practice - removing communication barriers for travellers with disabilities: TT4-4/2004
This code sets out the minimum standards transportation service providers should meet when communicating information to persons with disabilities. The code applies to air carriers, air terminal operators, rail carriers, rail terminal operators, and passenger ferry operators.
