"On February 21, 2025, the Office of the Procurement Ombud (OPO) received a written complaint from a Canadian supplier (the Complainant) regarding a contract awarded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). The contract was for the provision of Digital Product Accessibility Auditing and Consulting Services and was awarded under the Professional Services (ProServices) Supply Arrangement (SA). It was awarded on February 18, 2025, and was valued at $CAD 9,450.00 (taxes excluded)"--The complaint, page 4.
