"This enactment amends the Feeds Act, the Fertilizers Act, the Seeds Act and the Pest Control Products Act to provide for provisional registration or approval of feeds, fertilizers, seeds and pest control products that are already approved by two or more trusted jurisdictions. It also amends the Food and Drugs Act to provide that the Minister may, by order, deem that specified requirements of that Act or the regulations are met in respect of a veterinary drug on the basis of a decision of, or any information or document produced by, a foreign regulatory authority"--Summary, page ii.
